Overview
Groomo was a joint-venture between two companies: Groomo, LLC and Polyglot Development, LLC. During COVID-19, customers were becoming aware of the convenience of services that could be delivered to their homes - DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. We saw an opportunity to provide a similar service for pet grooming.
We developed a mobile application for both customers and groomers to automate the entire experience. Customers could schedule appointments, pay for services, and provide feedback on their experience. Groomers could accept appointments, track their earnings, and communicate with customers.
After 2 years of operation, Groomo now has over 2500 pets registered and over $500,000 in revenue.
